Shipping policy
A flat shipping fee of $6 will be charged for all orders under $50.
After you place your order and provide a valid shipping address, your package will be dispatched within 2–4 business days. For custom-made items, shipment will be arranged within 7–10 business days.
We use international express delivery worldwide, with an overall transit time of 1–5 business days, subject to local logistics conditions in your destination region.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to APO / FPO / DPO military addresses.
Middle East Logistics Notice
Orders shipped to Middle Eastern regions (including the UAE, Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.) may face potential logistics delays.
We will endeavor to maintain standard delivery times; however, we assume no liability for delays or package loss caused by local customs clearance and last-mile delivery after shipment.
Customs Duties & Clearance Fees
US / European Union Orders
Your total order amount already includes customs duties, taxes, and all official fees. No hidden or additional charges will be required upon delivery, and there is no cash-on-delivery fee.
All Other International Orders
Cross-border deliveries may incur VAT, import duties, and local customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and shall be borne solely by the buyer.
We are legally required to declare the actual value of all packages and do not support low-value declaration modifications.
If a package is refused, abandoned, or not picked up promptly at the local UPS outlet, all round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and additional handling fees shall be the buyer’s responsibility.
Logistics & Delivery Guarantee
We exclusively use official UPS logistics sitewide, offering stable shipping channels and reliable transit times.
Delays caused by unavoidable force majeure events such as extreme weather, local policy changes, or flight adjustments are not eligible for compensation.
We strictly control packaging and shipment procedures within our scope to minimize logistics abnormalities.
If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact customer service to file a report within 10 calendar days for us to initiate logistics verification and claims.
Claims and logistics investigations will not be accepted after the deadline. Please monitor your tracking updates closely.
