Refund policy
This return and exchange policy is valid for 15 days. We understand that purchasing personal items online can be challenging. Therefore, all orders with valid proof of purchase are eligible for return, exchange, or full refund within 15 days. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not covered by the exchange guarantee.
Please note: Most items on this website must be unused and kept in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs, gift wrapping fees and other value-added service fees are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect item or defective product due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item and the replacement is in stock, we will process your refund or exchange. Exchanged items are no longer eligible for refund. Requests for return, exchange or refund will not be accepted after the 15-day policy period from the date of purchase.
Promotional free gifts are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
Items for return or exchange must meet the following requirements: kept brand new, unused, intact, and in original packaging. Within the valid policy period, we will provide a return shipping label only for defective items.
Return shipping fees are calculated based on item weight, delivery address and selected courier method, with rates varying by channel.

Refund Terms
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the review result by email. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original credit card or payment account within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you do not receive the refund after completing the above process, please contact us via customer service email.
Refund Delay / Non-Receipt
If your refund is delayed, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account statement;
- Contact your card-issuing bank, as system delays are common for refund processing;
- Inquire with your bank about the processing status.
If the refund is still not received after the above checks, please email our customer support.
Sale Item Terms
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted and promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchange Terms
Exchanges are only allowed for products with quality defects or damage. To exchange for the same item, please submit a request via our customer service email.
Return Without Prepaid Label
If you send back the item on your own, you shall bear all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, return postage will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
Delivery time for exchanged items varies by shipping address. You may choose your own courier. We strongly recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number, and please keep the tracking record for reference. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, FigEDC shall not be liable for lost packages in transit.
